Afnan Elsheikh

Afnan is a third-year Weinberg student studying Mathematics with a minor in Middle East North African Studies. She is from Cedar Rapids, Iowa and can convince anyone that it is the greatest state in the Union. On campus, you can find Afnan representing Northwestern students in the Office of Student Conduct, learning about the atrocities that are DCFs in Alpha Kappa Psi Business Fraternity, or in ASG meetings as a representative for the African Students Association. Her hobbies include lazing around the lakefill and petting every dog that trots by, obsessing over the most recent conspiracy theories, or procrastinating any and all important tasks. In the future, Afnan plans on establishing the first hedge funds across Sudan, where she is originally from.
Her responsibilities include:
- Representing the Panhellenic Association to other student groups, staff, and administrators
- Leading weekly Panhellenic Executive Board meetings and bi-weekly chapter president roundtable meetings
- Holding one-on-one meetings with each chapter president each quarter
Makenna Littlejohn

Makenna is a proud Oklahoman in her third year at Northwestern. She is pursuing a Bachelor’s of Science in Computer Science. Her hobbies include climbing, computer design, and the sci-fi section of Netflix. When she’s not obsessing over school, you can find her reading a book in main or enjoying the crinkle cut fries at Raising Cane’s.
Her responsibilities include:
- Leading biweekly Panhellenic Delegate meetings
- Maintaining the Panhellenic Constitution and Bylaws
- Enforcing the rules of the Constitution and Bylaws among the Panhellenic chapters
- Overseeing the Standards Board and Standards Board hearings
- Overseeing the Panhellenic Senators to the Associated Student Government
Jessica Tartakovsky

Jessica is a junior in Weinberg studying Neuroscience and Psychology on the pre-med track. On campus, Jessica is also an undergraduate researcher with Northwestern’s Infant Cognition Lab, Public Relations chair for the Associated Student Government, a member of the Community Engagement committee for Dance Marathon, and a Northwestern tour guide. In her spare time, there is nothing she loves more than having a dinner or movie night with her friends. Jessica is so excited to be a part of PHA Exec this year, and so excited to welcome some new members into this community through her role!
Her responsibilities include:
- Coordinating Recruitment and all Recruitment-related programming (examples include Recruitment Kickoff, Recruitment Preview, and Code of Ethics seminars)
- Overseeing the Recruitment Counselor program
- Overseeing Recruitment publicity, registration, budget, and technology
- Coordinating Recruitment Chair Roundtables and overseeing chapter’s inventories and fall programming
Mia Willett

Mia is a third year studying Computer Science and Psychology. You can find her working at Sherbucks on the weekends, and on campus she is involved in NUDM, Burlesque, and SHAPE. Mia loves to watch Netflix crimes shows while she cooks to destress. In her free time, she loves watching Jersey Shore video compilations on youtube and is unnaturally obsessed with barbecue chips. Mia is excited to use her role as VP Programming to unite the PHA community to create a safer and more inclusive experience.
Her responsibilities include:
- Planning the Greek Day of Service and promoting service
- Approving Philanthropy dates and overseeing the philanthropy calendar
- Facilitating New Member Panhellenic
- Holding academic and philanthropy roundtables
- Planning Letters at the Library
- Overseeing Faculty Appreciation, Greek Woman of the Quarter and Chapter Woman of the Quarter Awards, and New and Active Member Scholarships
Patrycja Kaluzynska

- Maintaining financial records, creating budgets, and supervising payments, reimbursements, and dues collection
- Serving as recording secretary for PHA Executive Board Meetings, Chapter Delegates Meetings, Chapter Presidents Roundtables, and Recruitment Roundtables
- Managing recruitment finances and collecting chapters’ recruitment budget trackers
Emily Kleinbart

Emily is a junior from New Jersey studying Neuroscience. On campus she is on the exec board for GlobeMed, loves going to Planned Parenthood meetings, and can’t wait for another 30 hours in the tent for DM. You can frequently see her running to catch the intercampus on her way to Lurie Children’s Hospital where she works on research in pediatric surgery. She is always willing to talk sports but only if you are a Philadelphia fan (Go Eagles). She’s excited to be on PHA exec and can’t wait for an amazing year!
Her responsibilities include:
- Planning quarterly Grand Chapters for all Panhellenic women
- Structuring risk management programming for Dillo Day, Homecoming and other campus events
- Promoting the safety and well-being of the Panhellenic community through various health and wellness initiatives
Zana Rashid

Zana is a junior double-majoring in Communication Studies and Sociology with a minor in Gender & Sexuality Studies. Outside of PHA, Zana is kept busy as the Director of Outreach for Model United Nations and working as a graphic designer for Student Affairs Marketing. She loves all things media and can be found randomly photoshopping pictures for fun, taking pictures of literally everything, or binge-watching her favorite shows in her spare time. Also from New York City, she’s a true city girl at heart and is always down to check out a cute cafe or art exhibit. Hit her up when you’re in the mood for an adventure or just need LinkedIn photos!

- Maintaining the Northwestern Panhellenic website
- Managing the Northwestern Panhellenic social media platforms
- Marketing and advertising for recruitment and the Greek events
- Assisting individual chapters in their marketing efforts

Jenna is a junior studying Learning & Organizational Change and Sociology. On campus, she spends her time teaching swim lessons at SPAC, editing pieces for InLight Magazine, planning events for RCB, and serving as the Director of Programming for her chapter. In her free time, Jenna enjoys exploring Chicago with friends, eating her weight in ice cream, and watching the same 3 tv shows over and over again.

- Finding ways to integrate the Greek and Northwestern communities at large through frequent philanthropy and service ventures throughout the year
- Overseeing chapter diversity and inclusion chairs
- Helping facilitate conversations amongst chapters about our identities and impacts
Francesca Chaba

Francesca Chaba received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication with minors in Human Rights, Political Science and Sociology from the University of Dayton. She served as a Leadership Consultant for her sorority, Theta Phi Alpha, and continues to serve at a volunteer capacity as an Emerging Chapter Coordinator. She is currently pursuing her Master’s of Education at Loyola University Chicago. When Francesca is in her hometown of Rochester, New York, you can find her spending time with her guinea pigs or cheering loudly for the Buffalo Bills. Francesca is interested in the development of personal brands and any event with a good theme. She would love to talk your ear off about astrology, pop culture happenings, and Jeni’s Ice Cream!
