Ruby Phillips



Her responsibilities include:

  • Representing the Panhellenic Association to other student groups, staff, and administrators
  • Leading weekly Panhellenic Executive Board meetings and bi-weekly chapter president roundtable meetings
  • Holding one-on-one meetings with each chapter president each quarter

Isabel Anaya

Vice President of Standards


Isabel is a senior HDPS major on the pre-med track.  She spends her time on campus working as a research assistant at the Life Span Development Lab, volunteering at Symphony Nursing Home, and missing the weather in her hometown of San Jose, California.  Last fall, Isabel studied abroad in Sweden, where she did research.

Her responsibilities include:

  • Leading biweekly Panhellenic Delegate meetings
  • Maintaining the Panhellenic Constitution and Bylaws
  • Enforcing the rules of the Constitution and Bylaws among the Panhellenic chapters
  • Overseeing the Standards Board and Standards Board hearings
  • Overseeing the Panhellenic Senators to the Associated Student Government

Eugenie Morton

Eugenie is a senior dual-degree student from the Seattle area studying chemical engineering and dance with a minor in biotechnology and biochemical engineering.  Outside of PHA, you can find Eugenie leading around new students as a Peer Adviser, leading around prospective students as a tour guide, or calling old students as part of Northwestern Phonathon. Eugenie is also involved in Northwestern’s dance community as a performer in dance shows throughout the year and a member of New Movement Project.  In her spare time, Eugenie enjoys dragging her friends with her to Andy’s, freaking out over cute dog videos, and watching way too much Stephen Colbert. She is so excited to be a part of PHA Exec this year, and so excited to welcome some new members into this community through her role!

Her responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating Recruitment and all Recruitment-related programming (examples include Recruitment Kickoff, Recruitment Preview, and Code of Ethics seminars)
  • Overseeing the Recruitment Counselor program
  • Overseeing Recruitment publicity, registration, budget, and technology
  • Coordinating Recruitment Chair Roundtables and overseeing chapter’s inventories and fall programming

Meredith Fry

Vice President of Community Wellness


Meredith is a junior studying RTVF and English. Her hobbies include reading sci-fi, drawing, and watching cartoons. At home in San Francisco, Meredith volunteers with senior dogs and hangs out with her own senior dog, Trixie. Ask her about her screenplay about goblins.

Her responsibilities include:

  • Planning quarterly Grand Chapters for all Panhellenic women
  • Structuring risk management programming for Dillo Day, Homecoming and other campus events
  • Promoting the safety and well-being of the Panhellenic community through various health and wellness initiatives

Lizzie Sager

Vice President of Administration


Lizzie is a senior studying neuroscience and global health on the pre-med track with hopes of becoming a practicing doctor and increasing health equity.  Right now, she spends her time doing neuroscience research on campus, serving as the VP Programming for her chapter, and taking advantage of Northwestern’s proximity to Chicago.  Lizzie loves to travel, but also enjoys being home in Milwaukee, where she likes to hang out at the original Colectivo Coffee shop and spend time with her cat, Violet.  As VP Administration, Lizzie is excited to work towards increased financial inclusion in the PHA community.

Her responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining financial records, creating budgets, and supervising payments, reimbursements, and dues collection
  • Serving as recording secretary for PHA Executive Board Meetings, Chapter Delegates Meetings, Chapter Presidents Roundtables, and Recruitment Roundtables
  • Managing recruitment finances and collecting chapters’ recruitment budget trackers

Sonia Harris

Vice President of Membership Development


Sonia is a senior social policy major with a focus on healthy policy and a minor in global health.  On campus, she dances with Graffiti and works as a Peer Health Exchange educator in Chicago-area high schools.  Sonia also loves spending time outdoors, especially in her home state of California, and working with kids.  Her favorite thing in the world is combining those things through her work at a summer camp in Yosemite National Park.

Responsibilities include:

  • Planning and executing Panhellenic and all-Greek events (Greek Weekend, Gone Greek Night, Homecoming, etc.)
  • Advising and supervising committees necessary for executing events
  • Representing the Greek community on the Homecoming Executive Board
  • Assisting chapter social chairs in the pairing process all-Greek events

Cameron Herman

Vice President of Programming


Cam is a junior studying Spanish and neuroscience with a concentration in biology with dreams of going to medical school and becoming a surgeon. She has trekked all of 25 minutes away from her home in Chicago (Go Cubs!) to attend Northwestern. She is involved on campus as captain of the club soccer team and loves serving on the executive board of her sorority. Being a sandwich enthusiast, she can likely be found at your local Potbelly’s, Jimmy Johns, or Bagel Art at any given time. When not on campus, you can find her on the lake front, back in Chicago, or at any bakery or candy store.

Her responsibilities include:

  • Planning the Greek Day of Service and promoting service
  • Approving Philanthropy dates and overseeing the philanthropy calendar
  • Facilitating New Member Panhellenic
  • Holding academic and philanthropy roundtables
  • Planning Letters at the Library
  • Overseeing Faculty Appreciation, Greek Woman of the Quarter and Chapter Woman of the Quarter Awards, and New and Active Member Scholarships

Shealyn Abbott

Vice President of Public Relations


Shealyn is a senior studying communication and English literature with a certificate in integrated marketing communications.  On campus, Shealyn is involved in marketing for student theatre, performing in dance shows, and cheering on the ‘Cats at every home football game.  Her hobbies also include changing her major, talking about musical theatre, and starting all of her papers at the last minute.  She’d love to talk your ear off about slugging percentage, FIP, and the politics of small-market baseball.  When she’s home in Minnesota, Shealyn can be found watching the Twins at Target Field and drinking Caribou Coffee.  Her life aspirations include making her MLB (marketing) debut, moving to New York City, and seeing as many Broadway shows as possible.

  • Maintaining the Northwestern Panhellenic website
  • Managing the Northwestern Panhellenic social media platforms
  • Marketing and advertising for recruitment and the Greek events
  • Assisting individual chapters in their marketing efforts

Afnan Elsheikh

Vice President of Outreach and Engagement


Afnan is a third-year Weinberg student studying Mathematics and Computer Science with a potential minor in History. She is from Cedar Rapids, Iowa and can convince anyone that it is the greatest state in the Union. On campus, you can find Afnan representing Northwestern students in the Office of Student Conduct, learning about the atrocities that are DCFs in Alpha Kappa Psi Business Fraternity, or in ASG meetings as a representative for the African Students Association. Her hobbies include lazing around the lakefill and petting every dog that trots by, obsessing over the most recent conspiracy theories, or procrastinating any and all important tasks. In the future, Afnan plans on establishing the first hedge funds across Sudan, where she is originally from.

Her responsibilities include:

  • Finding ways to integrate the Greek and Northwestern communities at large through frequent philanthropy and service ventures throughout the year
  • Overseeing chapter diversity and inclusion chairs
  • Helping facilitate conversations amongst chapters about our identities and impacts


Francesca Chaba

Francesca Chaba received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication with minors in Human Rights, Political Science and Sociology from the University of Dayton. She served as a Leadership Consultant for her sorority, Theta Phi Alpha, and continues to serve at a volunteer capacity as an Emerging Chapter Coordinator. She is currently pursuing her Master’s of Education at Loyola University Chicago. When Francesca is in her hometown of Rochester, New York, you can find her spending time with her guinea pigs or cheering loudly for the Buffalo Bills. Francesca is interested in the development of personal brands and any event with a good theme. She would love to talk your ear off about astrology, pop culture happenings, and Jeni’s Ice Cream!
